I love Dream in Color, Sweet Georgia, Wonderland Yarns, and Malabrigo out of the one's that I know your store carries. I make sure that I get some of the local to me yarns from Ewetopia, Sun Valley Fibers, Leading Men Fiber Arts, Fangirl Fibers and Bumblebee Acres since I feels like I'm supporting a neighbor. Then there are the even smaller ones that I will try to support when I can, usually the self-striping yarn.

I'm a big fan of Madelinetosh and Malabrigo - big, staple hand dyed yarns. I love their beautiful colors and the consistent quality of the base yarns they use.

Other than those two, I tend to go for small, local dyers that you find at festivals or sometimes online. I'm in the Midwest, and the first dyer that comes to mind is Oink Pigments. I know they have a location out in California as well, but I'm familiar with their dyeworks in Indianapolis, IN.

My go-to is Malabrigo. I also love Spun Right Round.

I can't settle on just one, but Dream in Color comes to mind because she has such a wide ranging assortment of colors combinations and altogether great vision. I enjoy Hue Loco for the quirkiness of chicken colors and I always love Malabrigo for the idea of third world women being able to use their creativity to enter the business world thereby improving their lives.

Some of my favorite I die dyers are Hue Loco ( love her vibrant color choices), dream in color and WSK. I also am a fan of AJHC, a local dyer. I love trying out new dyers !
