It's been three years, but we now have more of our Poste Yarn Targhee Sock for you! This yarn is US made from sheep to shop, the wool is grown in the US, the skeins are dyed in our little post-office-turned-dye-studio, and even the labels were designed by a local artist. Can you get more home grown than this?
And the price? Well, even that's special. As I did the only other time we offered these sets, I'm making it available at 25% less than you'd expect to pay. Similar skeins are at least $26 each, but you can get these sets for $38, which is just $19 per skein.
This is a blend that we've previously offered in two holiday kits and one other release like this years ago. It's just not widely available, but the yarn is superb and definitely worth giving a try if you are used to merino and want to try a different breed of sheep for your sock yarn. Last time we had this available it sold out in two days, so please don't hesitate if you think this is for you. We can't guarantee specific color combos, but if you order you can always put a note in the notes section on the Check Out page saying something like "I love blues and hate orange," knowing we will still fill your order doing our best with what we have.
Want a win a surprise set of your own? Just tell me in the comments below what you'd make with these two skeins (please leave a Ravelry link if you'd like to inspire others) before noon EST on Sunday, April 28 and I'll randomly choose one commenter to win!
A Reyna shawl! The bottom right set would be really pretty !

I've never knitted a shawl so I think I'd give that a try. Everyone here has suggested some super patterns; I'm now off to add to my "To Do" list on Ravelry!

Because it's Targhee and nylon, I would have to knit socks... Targhee keeps my feet sooo warm, and it's so squishy. Love it!

I've been wanting to learn brioche and if I start soon, I might be able to knit a Rebel shawl before the final Star Wars film in December. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/rebel-10
