Yana at Artfil has created this limited edition colorway for one of our upcoming Holiday Knit Kits and it needs a name! The colors are pale aqua, grey, brown and crimson and it's simply divine, don't you think? I'd love to let one of you name it, so tell me in the comments below what you'd name this holiday colorway and the person whose name I choose will win a skein of your choice of Artfil's gorgeous Belle Sock.
You have until noon EST this Saturday, September 1 to leave your comment. I'll also be holding this contest on Instagram, so if you want to leave a comment there, that's a fair way to get two entries for this contest. Please leave one name (if you are entering the contest here and on Instagram, you can leave two different names to increase your chances). If I happen to choose a name that more than one person suggested, I'll randomly choose one of those people to win the prize.
Want to learn more about Canadian dyer Artfil? I blogged about them last month when their family business joined our own family. And if you adore this skein as much as I do and want one of your own, the holiday kit that it's a part of will be available likely in early December.
Thanks for playing!

I'm a sucker for alliteration:
Coruscation of Cardinals: inspired by those scarlet glimpses you get when hiking in the wintertime woods that mean you've got some avian companions nearby.

How about Frostbite? It reminds me of red cheeks and gray winter with brown branches of the trees. I really like it!

Winter Cardinal— it reminds me of seeing a cardinal on an icy branch! It’s a beautiful color...hope I can snag one of the kits this winter.
