Did you have a fab Thanksgiving weekend? We did! We had two huge Thanksgiving meals with family (I burned the rolls), brought home a fresh tree and even lighted it (tonight we will decorate it), saw lots of family and relaxed and had lots of laughs with the boys. All in all a great, long weekend. Oh, and active10-year-old James broke his other arm and we spent Friday in the Orthopedist office. Exciting.
What's much more exciting? Madelinetosh recently gave me the opportunity to order from a special list of colors- ones they usually don't sell to yarn shops. So of course, I had to order lots on all the bases we carry and you'll find these now on Tosh Sock (show in this post), Merino Light (singles for shawls and lightweight garments), Twist Light (their only sock yarn with nylon), BFL Sock, Tosh DK (perfect for sweaters like the Fade or winter accessories). They are out of Pashmina right now, so that will come soon.
I noticed a few of these colors have been added to their 2018 Winter offerings, so I believe Silence Was Golden will be available again, but I'm not sure I can get most of these again. If you adore them, get them now.

Death by Elocution above, Holi Grunge below
Cosmic Silver above, Foundry below
Night Fell above, Texas-Bama below (my fave!)
Silence Was Golden above, Sweet Thing below
Wink above, Coffee Grounds below
Again, these are all available on Tosh Sock, Merino Light, BFL Sock, Twist Light and Tosh DK with Pashmina coming soon. I can't wait to see what you make with all these. I'm considering a slew of winter hats with Tosh DK. Super fast projects that get worn and are always greatly appreciated.
Of course, we also have restocks of all the other awesome Madelinetosh colors right now too, so if you were waiting for something, now's the time to check for it. I really am proud of all the Madelinetosh we keep in stock. We have nearly 200 colors of Tosh Sock alone and two tons of Madelinetosh overall!
WOW. They all look lovely. I have never been fortunate enough to try any Madelinetosh yarns but have heard everyone rave about them. I hope to order some for socks and hats. Thanks for all the great colors.
