On the fifth day of sock yarn, Simply Sock Yarn gave to me...
a skein from a new-to-me dyer of my choice!
To have a chance at a skein of yarn from a dyer or company of your choice from this page of our shop, answer the following question in the comments below:
What yarn line would you like to try in 2017 (from this page) that you haven't yet knit? Have you not tried our latest dyer, Life in the Long Grass? It would be hard to have, since it just became available this week! How about Madelinetosh's Twist Light or anything from Yarn Love? Name the line that you'd like to try and if you're the winner, you can choose a skein of your choice from that line.
I'll admit, I haven't yet knit socks in Life in the Long Grass yet either. It just arrived and then we put it out for the Holiday Open House on Saturday (thank you all who came- it was a VERY busy and fun day) and I'm betting some of you locals already have it on the needles from your purchases that day. It's so very cold here in NE Indiana right now that I like the idea of knitting anything DK weight or more into a warm accessory. Mittens and hats seem especially needed right now. So if I had to choose one line right now, I'd choose this one and the color Storyteller.
Life in the long grass is beautiful! I am swooning so hard for that storyteller colorway! Thanks for the chance to win 😊
