Susan Hill

I did not make a New Year's resolution not to buy any more yarn so that means I'm free to buy this fabulous yarn. Right?? I love Cascade Yarns anyway and this yarn is awesome. I see three of these patterns and yarn that I must have.

No sooner do I place an order than you post about something new that I want. Oh, Allyson, what am I doing to do??? (Besides place yet another order.)

I have a sweater pattern that has beautiful clean lines and this yarn will make it extra special!

Susan, I know how you feel! I really want to finish the sock I'm working on to test the Valentine kit, but this is CALL ME!
Martha, I think you should come here and pick up your order so we can knit together!
Leslie, I'd love to know what pattern you're considering.

Nope. I'm going to finish this epic stashdown afghan. Yep. Gonna do that. Then reward myself with some pretty, pretty sock yarn :)

I'll put that on my to-do list, Allyson. :-)

Ditto what Martha said. I just got the box containing 8 skeins of Madeleine Tosh DK from Simply Socks today. I haven't even opened it yet. I really love this yarn. I think the Graphite is my favor color followed closely by the Denim & Teal. I like that sweater pattern also. Sigh. Well I did forget the Mineville sale yarn in my MT order.

Donna, what are you making with those skeins? I believe it was four colors? They would make lovely coordinating scarf/hat sets! At least that's what I was thinking as we were packing up your order.

Allison - I am strongly considering knitting up Nilgiri by Laura Chau - on Ravelry. It has a simple lace pattern but I really don't think that this yarn will detract at all but rather add some interest.
I like that this sweater is knit bottom up to the armholes, then sleeves are knit to the same spot and added onto the needles and then you go forward creating raglan sleeves. Weave in a few ends and add buttons--done!

This is the link for the sweater - I forgot to add it in.

This is a top-down cardigan by SweaterBabe that would look great in this new yarn.

Leslie, such great patterns! Thanks for sharing!
