Just some moments from the past week: My boys on the lake, a surprise sunflower in my yard, ALL the yarn that has arrived (Rachael calls it #yarnoverload), and me and My little Mini at the zoo today. Please share a great moment from your week in the comments!

We took the grands to the Museum of Science & Industry. One of their exhibits you have to pay extra for is the Robot exhibit - it was great fun. Then we took the Empire Builder to return them home to the Portland area. I was really looking forward to seeing the Rickies from the train again. But they took everyone off in Shelby Mt (east of the mountains) & drove us on buses (in the dark because it took 3 hours to get the buses & load them). So it was pitch black as we drove through the mountains & we couldn't see a thing 😟. We arrived yesterday & it was a beautiful, perfect Pacific Northwest day - low-mid-70's, dry & sunny. Today the wind shifted & it's smoky. Looks like it's overcast & foggy but it's smoke. Hopefully we'll have a couple of nice days again during our visit!

I was in baking HOT Dallas TX to be with my daughter and 3 grandchildren. I miss them so much that to be able to spend time with them is wonderful!
