If you're as addicted to knitting self-patterning yarn as I am, this is your time. When Rachael dubbed this week "yarn overload", she wasn't joking. We've received dozens and dozens of boxes of Regia and I am having a hard time deciding what to cast on first.
Perhaps I should start with Pairfect? This is an innovative way to make sure you have two matching socks from one pair of socks. There are instructions included on your ball band telling you how to start your two socks at the end of each yellow thread, giving you two perfectly (or Pairfectly) matching socks.
Perhaps you've been waiting for the second color collection from Arne & Carlos? If so, here you go! I also have complete restocks of the first collection (keep in mind this particular one comes in 50g balls now so you'll need two balls of each, instead of just one of the rest of these). Shown below in 3654 (which I'm currently knitting) and 3655.
Do you adore a more simple design? How about the thin stripes separated by dots of the Metropole collection? This is perfect for gift socks when the person you're knitting for has more of a conservative preference for socks and you still want to knit something addictive. It also would look really nice in outerwear like hats and mittens. Heck, it's an all-around awesome sock yarn.
Are you thinking of cooler weather and holiday knits? Get a head start on warm, cushy socks for the fall with the 6-ply Digital collection. This will be a quicker knit- I would use a US 3 myself. Such beautiful designs and colors in this collection that you'll want to cast on as soon as this hits your doorstep.
Finally, a combination of camo and stripes makes up the Camouflage collection. There are 12 different colors to choose from, so you know you'll find something perfect for the camo-lover in your life.
Do you love bright, hold hues? We have restocks of the super popular Fluormania collection. Heather knit a hat out of the second color shown here and wears it during cooler weather when biking to work so she's not only warm and adorable, but easily seen by drivers.
I don't remember this much Regia arriving in one time. Ever. In 10 years. You should totally take advantage of this opportunity to find exactly what you're looking for.
If you are in the Fort Wayne area this weekend and want to come visit the shop, I highly recommend it. With all the Hedgehog and Madelinetosh that also recently came our way, you're sure to find several lovely skeins to give you hours of awesome knitting. The shop is open 10-4 this Saturday, August 22, and we'd love to see you!
I purchased some the Regia Pairfect yarn. I did not read the entire description. I knit all of my socks now from the toe up and this yarn is best used cuff down. Have to relearn how to turn the heel. The tutorials you have really helped.

I am in love with every single yarn you show us - one of these days I'm going to drive to your shop and indulge myself.

Regis has a special place in my heart because it was one of a very few brands available when I started knitting socks. Glad to see some really great designs from them again.
