Did you adjust total stitch count when you changed needle size?

Susan Hill

I knit most of my socks with a 46 stitch foot on a #2 but when I change to a #1.5 I generally stay with a 48 stitch foot. I ordered 4 skeins of this yarn and am currently knitting a cowl on #6 in color 1847. The yarn is wonderful to knit with and I love the way the colors develop when you knit it in the round with long rows. Will send a pic when it's finished. Really lovely yarn to work with and as a finished product.

Meant 1837.

Please do send photos, Susan!
Elen, after the heel, I decreased to 60 stitches for the foot on a US 1.5

It's been awhile since I've knit 6 ply socks. I always cast on 48 stitches with a size 3 needle because I have pretty thin feet (wish the rest if me matched!). I love that color way & the ribbing makes the colors really pop.
