well congratulations to you, Joe and James. Perhaps your readers can help keep you motivated in making baby items?

Leslie B. Fehr

Congratulations!! I will be more than happy to follow a baby-centric blog over the next few months - I'm a dyed-in-the-wool "Nana" and pretty good at it too.

You will be feeling better soon - and the best place to hide the frozen milky way bars is in a box of brussel sprouts LOL

What beautiful news. Of course you will feel better soon. I promise (fingers crossed).

Mary Ann

Congratulations! I was wondering when you had been feeling poorly recently! This to does pass and a sweet baby is worth it.

Congrats! So excited for you and your family. I think that everyone will forgive you for forgetting Valentine's day, you've got more important things to think about!

Lisa Viviano

Renee Anne

Woo-hoo! Congrats on baby :)

Don't feel like you have to knit for baby (that's what your knitting friends are for!). I'm still working on things for Little Man that I started while pregnant (he's 14 months old).

Oh well.

Diane E.

Congratulations! Each pregnancy is different. Best wishes to you all for this wonderful news of a new little one!

Congratulations Dear Allison. What a wonderful New Year's present for you and Joe. I bet James will make an excellent big brother. Many good thoughts and wishes coming your way.

Congratulations Allison. That is wonderful!! I hope you feel better soon.

Awesome! Congratulations to your whole family. I hope you feel better soon. Try to get enough rest. I will tell you what my Mother used to say, "if you feel really different with your second baby, then it probably is the opposite gender of your first child." Healthy and Happy for all of you is what we want!

Congratulations!!! :)

Sounds like you're due around the same time my sister-in-law is. This is going to be the spring of baby knits!

This is such a special time for you--Enjoy!

Such wonderful news. I am happy for you!

Congratulations Allison!! Very exciting news for you and your family!!

I am so happy for you, Joe and James. It has been such fun sharing your journey through the years. I know you will feel better soon.

Congratulations!!! Very exciting news. I had more morning sickness with each pregnancy. Treasure this special time tho'... when you think how amazing it is what your body is doing - whew. I always felt blessed to be able to carry the baby (poor dad's don't get to feel that).

Karen Blanchard

Congratulations! Wishing you much happiness!

Wonderful news, congrats!

Congratulations! What a wonderful event to be looking forward to!!

So very happy for you and your family. Treasure every moment of your pregnancy..even the uncomfortable ones. Id like to say something clever about the single sock syndrome but nothing comes to mind.

Shirley Dell

Congratulations and Best Wishes to the happy family.

As a mother of four grown children, I still get all warm and fuzzy at the mention of a new baby and knitting for baby. Wishing you good health.

Great news! Hope you feel more comfortable soon.

Cathy k.

Congratulations! That's wonderful news.

Congratulations! Such exciting news. My sister had horrible morning sickness that went on past the first trimester & found that sipping root beer while nibbling on saltines was the most effective remedy.

Congratulations!!! What wonderful news-look forward to the baby centric blogs. Hope you feel better soon. Can't wait for the Valentines kit.

Congratulations! The old Eggbert cartoons immediately popped into my head (it took a little searching to find the name). They have some of the images and books for sale again at if you don't know what I am talking about.

Nathanne Verner

I'm so happy for you and your family. All the best for a beautiful baby. Try saltines and ginger tea or ginger ale for nausea. Ginger is good for bad stomachs, and it's natural. I used to crave salami and mustard, which normally I don't eat. Go figure...

Congratulations! Wonderful way to start 2012!!!

Wonderful, wonderful news!!! Congratulations!

Such happy news! Congratulations!

Kathy Sue

Congratulations to you all! I have already ordered some Van Gogh. Now I am wishing that i had ordered other colors! (I bet it's a girl this time)

Such happy news for your family!
