It's quite easy to believe that I've now been awake/traveling/setting up a booth now for 22 hours! Easy b/c my flip flop wearing feet are about to jump ship and hang with someone who isn't set on killing them. I can barely believe that the Sock Summit organizers and staff have been doing this now for weeks.
Pictures here are of Jasmin, half of the Knitmore Girls (spelling?) podcast (smelling Simply Sock Yarn); the entrance of the Marketplace; Holli Yeoh with a baby sweater knit with Simply Sock Yarn and the Ruby pattern from her Bees Knees Knits pattern line, and Swampette wearing our cute booth aprons!!!
All of this is from my iPhone, so please forgive the layout! I'm eating pizza, and going to bed!!!
Glad ya'll made it safely! Have fun!

Thanks for the photos. Wish I could be there. Its great to be living in the Golden Age of Sock Yarn! Nexe year, how about midwest? How about a Sock 'n Scarf Summit or is that too complicated. Perhaps keep it pure socks.

Thanks for sharing photos with those of us not able to attend. Sound tiring, but lots of fun and sooo much yarn to see. Happy Shopping!

I'm with Shera - I feel that we Midwesterners aren't even thought about when knitting events are planned - events seem to be so heavily concentrated on the coasts when logically it would make more sense for them to be in the middle of the country so no one would lave to travel 3,000 miles to get there. At least I'm on the same coast as Sock Summit - can't make it there but at least I won't have to endure the 95 & 97 degree days coming up for the weekend in Chicago~

Swampette is extra lucky: when she gets back next week, she gets two tickets to SWAMPY'S GUN SHOW. If you'll excuse me, I need to get back to my bicep curls, which I was doing with SOMETHING REALLY HEAVY, like a refrigerator or a large dog.
