Sorry to hear of your sadness. But thank God for knitting! It does help us through the hard times, yes?

SusanB

Sorry to hear of your losses. Knitting is good "therapy."

I love your socks! I had picked out a pattern for my sock club yarn but now I may have to rethink it.

I am sorry about your losses. Take care of yourself and knitting IS a good therapy at all difficult times. Will have you and your family in my prayers.

Julie

Anna

Hang in there kiddo. And yes, the knitting therapy is good stuff.
I have a pair of socks I knitted starting the day my dad died until right before his memorial service. Every time I pick them up, I remember him with love.
Funny, I couldn't knit on anything else during that time, just those socks.

Kathy

One death in the family is bad enough. I'm sorry to hear that things are so rough.

Debby

Allison, I'm sorry to hear about your sad time. Isn't it funny, how sometime, when we don't think we can do anything at all, all we want to do it knit. Take care.

Robin

Donna

So sorry to hear of the deaths in your family. We have had bad news also - my son in law has been transferred to the San Francisco area. While that is a nice area, it is almost 2500 miles from any family (us or his) & my daughter knows no one & will be home with 3 little ones. So there has been a great deal of sadness here too. So much so that I have not even felt like knitting.
