"Today I didn't even have to use my A.K."

Wow, been a while since I listened to rap.

Sue J.

So glad they discovered your baby's acid reflux at such a young age. My hubby (now in his late 50's) was what was known back then as colicky, and nothing was done about it. As an adult, he developed Barret's Esophagus, which is one step away from cancer. The enamel on his teeth was eaten away by the acid, too. Believe me when I say you are saving your dear one from lots of problems as an adult. The picture of your hubby and the baby is just wonderful. You will lots of moments when you pinch yourself to make sure it isn't a dream.

Glad to hear baby isn't burping as much! :) the socks look really pretty, but that is the one reason I have not used Anne yet - I won't go to zeros!!! :)

Two in the morning got the fat burger
Even saw the lights of the Goodyear Blimp
And it read Ice Cube's a pimp
Drunk as hell but no throwing up
Half way home and my pager still blowing up
Today I didn't even have to use my A.K.
I got to say it was a good day.

I still have the CD, I am so lame

There is absolutely nothing better than a Dad with their newborn baby. It is amazing how such masculine men can be turned into the biggest marshmallows when they cuddle with their little ones. I love the pictures I have of my husband with our kids.

Ice Cube absolute shunned the use of Penguins in having his good day. I've checked. There were no Penguins.

I vote you give Robin second place for originality - penguins.Who knew? LOL

Belated congrats on little James birth. Have been out of town for weeks and just now getting caught up.

Picture of father and son is too sweet. Enjoy!

Baby blessings!

I have no idea about the Ice Cube thing, but I'm glad little James is feeling better. Acid reflux is so hard on the little ones.

And the pictures of our hubbies holding our babies? Didn't it make your heart feel like it was about to explode because it was so full of emotion? :-) There's nothing that can make me tear up faster than seeing a daddy cuddling his baby. Okay...going to get a tissue. LOL

Aw well He didn't have to use his A.K Something that thankfully the majority of us never use.

my little guy had acid reflux. i remember that all too well. the good news is that it can be managed and james, you and joe will be all the more happier for the treatement.

monkey see monkey do! woo hoo!

I tried the monkey too, but couldn't get rid of the ladders. I don't get them with other socks, so I don't know. I think it was maybe because the needle changes were with purls, not knits, and that messed me up. I almost tried the sweet pea's too, but ended up going with broadripple for my county fair. I had to enlarge the pattern for a higher stitch count, but I made it work and won a 1st place ribbon. So, kiss the baby for me, and let me know if monkey works for you.

So glad James is doing better. My son, now 5, is still being treated for acid reflux, which he was diagnosed with as an infant. It's been a long road. We have finally found a medication combination that he responds to. He has only recently started sleeping through the night. Best wishes!
