I actually HAD to chip in for an exotic dancer for one of my tacky friends bachelorette party. I spent the whole time being embarrassed for the guy and thanking the 30 extra pounds I was carrying over the majority of the party. See, he was throwing people around left and right and luckily, I'm not that mobile. HA HA!!

Hi, I stopped by SSYC to check out your store. Very Very Nice selection of yarn. I'll bookmark you! Love the over 50 shipping policy. My purchases always seem over 50....right now I'm having to drive a fairly great distance for my sock yarn....this will be SOOO much easier!!!
GOOD LUCK!

Allison

Thank Donna! I tried to create a yarn store that encompassed all the things that I would want in an online store- quick and fair shipping, good prices, wide selection, and great cusomter service. I appreciate comments from knitters who like what they see!

LOL...I actually saw The Thunder From Downunder with my girlfriends in Las Vegas! Thankfully they keep their bottoms on! But if they didn't.... I could have given them each a sock! Wouldn't you love for your gorgeous yarn to be used like that...lol

Hi Allison! I'm glad you like my blog, but I've gotta say, I go a little weak at the knees when they get Stallone all greased up for the big fight scenes in Rambo (I, II, or III)...

The merino lace socks were from an Interweave Knits pattern, very fun to knit.

Allison

I'll give ya this- Stallone in his younger days was much better than the current Stallone. Kinda like young Elvis vs coked-out Elvis. Though I would take Elvis over Stallone any day! Well, maybe not coked-out Elvis. I'll have to ponder this.
