For the first time, Dream in Color has released a Dream Club color in December! In the past, they have skipped December, instead starting up again in January. I think you'll really appreciate the skein and pattern- it's a unique treat.
This Perfectly Poste Fingering skein is a uniquely luxurious blend of wool, cashmere, silk and mohair. As you can imagine, it's very soft and the very slight variation in thickness of the one-ply yarn lends it an artisan feel- almost rustic, if you get my drift.
The Seychelles Shawl pattern is a fun two-button variation on the typical shawl. As you can see below, it can be worn two different ways. I think this Dream Club selection would be equally nice in one of the many shawlette patterns on Ravelry. The stand-out feature of this selection, to me, really is the fiber combo. It's not one you typically see, and the texture is one that would go nicely against the skin- so something on the neck or hands. Or several skeins for a special sweater.
