James "helped" me photo the new Lorna's Laces colors earlier this week. Which really means he set up an obstacle course for me to throw the yarn over and into a basket. Needless to say, it took forever to actually get anything done. Oh, the things we do to occupy our kids when trying to get work done.
And, yes, that's a James Brown duckie guarding the obstacle course.
Doesn't he look like a big boy (you might have to click on the above picture to see James at right)?? It's hard to believe he's five years old when I still think of him like this:

Well, what you have is the yarn equivilant of a stitcher's "floss toss" using the rug as the background fabric LOL I like a lot of those colors against the rug --might be a way to chose colors for a sweater.
My baby boy is 40 - and I remember him more like the last picture of James!

My baby boy is 40 also. I just scanned slides this week of he and his brothers. I love the yarn, I happen to be knitting Lorna's Laces socks this week too.
