It's been a whirlwind around here for a week- boxes coming in and boxes going out. So nutty, but in a good way! Here's a reward for tolerating my blog silence- a sneak peak of what's in the Valentine Kit! I snapped this quickly, but will have more photos next week.
I adore the combo of this yarn and pattern. Claudia dyed up exactly what I was envisioning for this year's sweet color. Named Confetti Confection, this Valentine-inspired colorway is a true original from Claudia's Handpainted Yarn. The pattern shown here (designedspecifically to go with this color) was designed by Lara Neel, a local knitter and designer, and my favorite part is how the two rows of hearts end at the toe with one heart in the middle. Oh so sweet.
The kit, which include the yarn and pattern and other surprises, will go on sale the beginning of February, and I'll definitely post here when it does.
What a tease you are! But, that's a very pretty yarn and I love the sock pattern, too!
